Material: Clear acrylic which is safe to touch food.  

Letter extrusion: 3mm approx (due to the nature of the manufacturing of this product a slight variance in the height of each letter naturally can occur) 

Cleaning and care: Manufactured from acrylic. Wash with warm soapy water.
